I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable property - “Time Trael” in Hallan valley near Manali that truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment me and my husband arrived,the hospitality provided by the caretaker and chef - Sanjiv , making it feel like a genuine home away from home. The host of the property - Vishal , went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The property gives you a true feeling of living in a different world , creating a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were immaculate, reflecting a perfect blend of comfort and style. What truly set this home stay apart was the unparalleled hospitality provided by Pankaj and Sanjiv and the delicious food cooked by Sanjiv. The food was to die for. From homemade meals that tantalized the taste buds to insightful local tips, every interaction was marked by a genuine desire to make my stay memorable. The tranquil surroundings with the beautiful view of snow capped Himalayan mountains added to the overall charm, creating a peaceful haven for relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality along with beautiful views.

Extraordinary property.If you really want to travel back to history and feel how our ancestors used to live this is the place to stay.Mr.Vishal ji is very humble person. Everything is intact and maintained.

We (group of 8) celebrated our New Year at Time Trael & it was the best New Year, we ever had. Live Music, Finger Licking food, Bornfire under the open sky with millions of Stars, 360 view of the snow cladded Himalayas, what else one will ask for. Rooms are old, classic, pretty huge, clean and well maintained & equipped with modern amenities. We really travelled in time.

I cannot write my experience in words here but since I need to share it for other people to experience the same :) We stayed at the property for 2 days. The views are breathtaking, the vibes in the rooms are incredible, the caretaker is friendly and the best part is the dogs. We all loved our stay, arrangements were made as asked. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for an offbeat place to stay or someone who wants to live the experience of staying at mountain homes. The place is also photogenic. Gallery is again a plus point for the same. I will surely revisit this property again.

A beautiful peaceful and hidden place in the Hallan Valley, away from chaotic and over crowded Manali. Its a 100 Years old wooden Himachali house owned by Vishal and his pet Somkey! There is an open cafe to fulfill your carvings and without a doubt it's one of the best cafe you can find in Hallan. Sanjeev is an amazing chef and has magic in his hands when it comes to creating wonderful dishes. We stayed here for more than 10 days and woke up everyday with a different and breathtaking view of the valley. Thanks for hosting us Vishal and making our stay memorable, looking forward to visit soon!

It was a delight to stay at TimeTrael. The host Vishal is very friendly and makes sure you have the best and the most comfortable stay. TimeTrael is located in Hallan valley, which is one of the most beautiful valley in manali. It offers delicious food , and amazing high speed internet, which made our stay even more comforting. It offers a breathtaking view from the balcony where you can spend hours gazing at the mountains and working with such an amazing view. Chef sanjeev is always at your service and prepares amazing finger licking food at a very affordable price. I spent more than 10 days at this property and never felt to leave the property for a single hour. This place is 100 years old and has a whole next level vibe. Its a must visit property in Manali. Stayed here for 5 days, and to be honest - Vishal’s detailed description about the place is spot on. The view is so serene and peaceful. The balcony overlooks the valley shadowed by the snow capped mountain peaks, the sound of birds chirping, no hullabaloo all around. You will be surrounded by the peace, tranquil and serenity. To top things off, there are 4 amazingly cute and lovable balls of furs - Boshu, Lumcy, Smokey and Brownie. They are the charm and heart of this place. Sanjeev’s hospitality and nature is unparalleled. He is the kindest of souls you would meet as a host and equally amazing cook. He puts his love and care while hosting you and feeding you. Came here for a homestay experience and leaving here a home to come back to. The House - A century old beautiful Kathkuni house that can easily accommodate 6-8 people. The USP is the balcony and the view it provides. You need to stay in for a day to soak it all up. We know we did. All seasons here hit different as seen in photos. We were able to catch rains and sun but will surely come back for snow and apple season to see the different views from the balcony. Words might fall short of describing the place but let the pictures do it justice. If you are looking for a long term and peaceful stay - look no further. The place is also great for adventurers and trek enthusiasts. You can go for a morning walk or just chill at the balcony or have a play date with the doggos. Accessibility is great. You can go for short road trips which are a couple hours away and come back to your home like stay. If you are looking for something near, there is Naggar, Waterfalls and village treks you can do. It is a quaint little home experience if you are looking for one. Take it in while it is still untouched, and hope it remains that way. :)

It was really a great experience by spending a day here with my family. It just remind me the memories of my ancestral home. This small cafe is covered by snowy hills as well as greeny mountains. You can feel a peace and relief and enjoy nature by visiting there. The host is very polite and friendly person. I will definitely recommend it with others.
